“Justice For Carly has been set up after my lovely daughter died last year before she could be reunited with her children. Carly Jones had been diagnosed with cervical cancer halfway through her custody battle to get her children back to the UK from Germany where they were in foster care.

Carly, 25, lived for the day that she would see her beloved sons Sol and Reece but that wasn’t to be and despite a court order for them to come to the UK for a last visit the children were not returned to Carly for her to say her goodbyes. Heartbroken she died the next day with the pictures of her children around her.

Her dying wish was for me to fight on and get her children back to the UK.

I  have launched ‘Justice For Carly’ following the great injustice that Carly was dealt and aim in time to provide a support network for others who find themselves in similar situations and to try to get her children back home.
